About this policy
This policy describes the Salus Plugins website at salus.sarl and enquiries sent to [email protected]. It does not describe data processing by a future plugin. Any plugin that processes personal information will need its own relevant disclosure.
Information on this website
This website does not offer user accounts, take payments, or include advertising trackers. Its current code does not set cookies or use browser storage. Fonts and site assets are served with the website.
The hosting provider may process technical information, such as your IP address, the requested page, and browser information, to deliver the website, manage traffic, and protect the service. The provider’s own privacy terms also apply.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and any information or attachments you choose to send. We use this information to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, provide support. Email service providers process correspondence to deliver and store messages.
Please send only information needed for the enquiry. Do not include passwords, payment information, API keys, or your customers’ personal data.
Marketplace support
If you request support through WooCommerce.com, WooCommerce may send us information needed to help you, including the product, subscription details, system status report, and your message. We use those details to provide product support.
WooCommerce manages its own account, purchase, and support services. See Automattic’s privacy policy for information about those services.
Retention and requests
We keep enquiry and support correspondence while it is needed to handle the request and maintain relevant business records. You can contact [email protected] to ask about information you have sent, request a correction, or request deletion. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
Other websites
Links to WooCommerce and other external services take you to websites with their own policies. This policy covers the Salus Plugins website and our handling of enquiries.
Changes and contact
We will update this page when our website or information practices change. For a privacy question, email [email protected].
