Requirements.
What your store needs to run Admit.
- WordPress 7.0 or later.
- WooCommerce 11.1 or later.
- PHP 7.4 or later; 8.3 or later recommended.
- A theme with WooCommerce support, block or classic.
- For the door app, a phone or tablet with a current version of Safari or Chrome.
When can I buy Admit?
Admit is coming soon to the WooCommerce Marketplace. Leave your email and we’ll let you know when it’s available.
Does the door app need an internet connection?
Only to download the guest list and to sync. Open the session once while connected before doors open. After that it keeps checking guests in with no signal.
Do I need a separate scanning app?
No. QR codes, PDF tickets, and the door app are included.
How do refunds work?
Refund an order in WooCommerce as usual. Admit returns the places to sale and voids the tickets, and the door app turns them away.
